21.6.2007: Results of Jukola video competition!
Results of the Jukola video competition below. The best videos was shown in Jukola giant screens 4-5 times during the Jukola weekend and they looked great! Winner takes it all and the winner of the competition came from Sweden. Jukola promotion video, made by Jesper Eriksson, OK Ravinen was chosen the best video. Prize will be posted to Jesper. Virkiä Jukola will say big thanks to all competitor in this competiton and also for Jan Kochach great help of this competition. You can find and download the videos from the address:

27.4.2007: Submit Your video to Jukola video competition. More information on submit-page: http://tv.worldofo.com/jsubmit_en.html Read information carefully and be a part of fun Video O-competition! Your video can be shown in a giant screen in Jukola relay on June. ---  Bergen, Norway / Lapua, Finland, March 28th 2007: WoO-TV and Virkiä Jukola have agreed to cooperate around the Jukola video competition previously announced by Virkiä Jukola. Instead of submitting videos by email as previously announced, the woO-TV/Veoh system will be used for submitting videos to the Jukola video competition. This will make it possible for people to see all the submitted videos, and a voting arrangement will be set up by World of O to aid the Jukola video jury in selecting the best clips. The best clips will as previously announced be broadcast between June 14th and June 17th on the two giant TV screens in the Jukola competition center. In addition, the winning clips will be broadcast on woO-TV Prime from June 18th.
Note that no sponsor ads are allowed in the videos entered for the Jukola video competition, due to restrictions in conjunction with the giant screen on Jukola. --- Orienteering video competition open! The Virkiä Jukola invites all orienteers around the world to take part in a competition for making the best orienteering video. There are two categories: - documentary, 2-8 minutes
- catchy clip, 10-90 seconds. The best video clips will be rewarded with Virkiä Jukola merchandise and the clips will be broadcast between June 14-June 17 in the two giant tv screens in the Jukola competition center. To participate, please send in the URL address where your video can be downloaded or viewed, to the Virkiä Jukola office at office@jukola2007.net on Friday May 25th the latest. The Jukola video jury shall select the best clips to be aired in the event. The jury consists of Mr. Jan Skricka (editor, Orienteering Today),
