
ONLINE RESULTS
The renewed Orienteering World Cup begins in Finland in 2007 at the Jukola Relay in Lapua. The World Cup sprint is organized 2 days before the traditional Jukola Relay, and the world's top orienteers are expected to take part.
The World Cup has been renewed and it now consists of 10 semifinals. This means that in addition to the actual World Championships, there are competitions in Finland, Sweden, Norway, and Switzerland.
There are monetary prices for the winners of each semifinal. The price at the Lapua sprint is 5000 Euros. The sprint terrain is part recreational park area and part forest, bordering on the Virkiä Jukola grounds. The event center is shared with the Virkiä Jukola.
