Welcome to World Cup 2007, 1^st stage Finland, Lapua

The Organising Committee, the organising orienteering club and the Finnish Orienteering Federation are delighted to be the hosts for the new World Cup 2007 and Jukola Relay event in Lapua, Finland June 14^th 2007. We are looking forward to welcome all the friends of orienteering from all over the world in Lapua.

Training Opportunities

There are seven training maps for World Cup and Jukola Relay. Two of the maps are sprint maps, the others are orienteering maps scaled 1: 10 000.

Embargoed Areas

You can find embargoed areas from Jukola 2007 websites (www.jukola2007.net). Area is embargoed until World Cup and Jukola Relay 2007.

Event Centre and Accommodation

The Event Centre is at Virkiä-Jukola 2007 Competition Center. There is different kind of accomodation available in Lapua very near of competition areas. More about accomodation in Bulletin 2 and from Jukola office.
